Coffee contains higher levels of antioxidants and may have a slightly lower caffeine concentration compared to espresso. On the other hand, espresso has a more concentrated flavor and higher caffeine content per ounce. Both can be part of a healthy diet when consumed in moderation, but it's important to consider individual tolerance to caffeine and any potential additives like sugar or cream. **
